Photographic prints - Each print is a custom work of art made to order. I personally oversee each print and verify the print quality before it is shipped to you. As such, I don’t offer refunds on photographic prints.

That said, your satisfaction is very important to me. In the unlikely event that a print is damaged in shipping, please contact me immediately for a replacement print at no cost.

Photography courses - Refunds are offered only for orders that have technical issues that render the product unusable, including but not limited to issues with software upgrades. Accessibility issues such as operating systems and device compatibility are the responsibility of the customer and refunds will not be issued due to interface accessibility.
